Our shuttle will pick you up at your hotel downtown San José or at the Denny's near the airport and drop you off at your hotel in Puerto Viejo / Cahuita. This trip usually takes about 5 hours, but could take up to 7 hours depending on traffic conditions and drop off location. Please expect extensive delays for this route due to major road construction on hwy 32. We are the fastest, easiest and most comfortable way to explore Costa Rica! We also run direct hotel to hotel shuttle transportation daily to a range of destinations across Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama at affordable prices. IMPORTANT NOTES: * For airport pick ups, it is necessary for you to take a taxi to the nearby Denny's restaurant where our shuttle will be waiting for you at your pick up time. (No shuttle service is allowed to pick up at the airport) Pick-up time is an estimate and may vary by 15 minutes either direction. Clients should be waiting at the assigned pick up point 15 minutes before the assigned pick-up time. The shuttle will wait for clients a maximum of 5 minutes. If after that waiting period the client is not on board, the shuttle will leave without the client and the client will NOT receive a refund. You are allowed 1 large bag or backpack and 1 carry on size (computer bag) per person. There is a $17 fee for each extra piece of luggage, odd or over size/weight luggage, surfboard bag.(Surf boards up to 6 ft 5 in)

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy: - ETA LIMTD. will retain a 10% administration fee or US$15 per order (not per ticket), whichever is higher on all cancellations requested more than 48 hours before departure. - NO REFUND will be given on cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure. Itinerary Changes: - Changes made to itineraries more than 48 hours prior to departure date will be accepted free of charge. - A 20% fee will be charged on changes made to itineraries less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to departure date. - NO REFUND will be given for changes to itineraries made less than 24 hours prior to departure date. In other words, the client will have to purchase a new ticket. - All itinerary changes are subject to availability. “No Shows” will not receive a refund. The shuttle vehicle will only wait 5 minutes in the assigned pick up places. If a passenger fails to show up five minutes past the assigned pick-up time, this will result in a No Show status and the passenger will not receive a refund. All itinerary changes are subject to availability. - Pick-Up Times are approximate as we at ETA LIMTD. cannot know at the time your reservation is confirmed what other pick-ups may be reserved, and some pick-ups take longer than others. Please be ready to go at the schedule Pick-Up Place 10 minutes prior to your scheduled Pick-Up Time, and do not be surprised if the van does not arrive for 15 minutes after your Pick-Up Time. - The driver will only wait for clients at the scheduled Pick Up Place for 5 minutes. After that, if clients are not on board, the driver will leave without the clients who will be considered a NO SHOW, and the client will NOT receive a refund. - Rates include one standard piece of luggage and one carry-on. Extra luggage must be reserved with ETA LIMTD. in advance. To know the fees for extra/oversized/odd luggage/surfboards, etc, please ask your sales agent. Luggage not approved and paid for in advance can be refused at pick up time at our sole discretion, and no refund will be given.
